Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the cycling gear.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Products must include original packaging and included accessories where applicable.
Customers must provide order details before returning any product.
Cycling gear must not have been installed, modified, damaged, or improperly used before being returned.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is caused by personal reasons, including change of mind, incorrect purchase, selecting unsuitable cycling gear, or no longer needing the product.
We are responsible for return shipping costs if the cycling gear received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
5. Cycling Gear Return Conditions:
Returned cycling gear should be unused, unmodified, and in its original condition.
Products that have been damaged through improper use, improper handling, modification, or normal wear may not qualify for a return.
6. Refund Process:
Once the returned cycling gear is received and inspected, we will process the refund.
Approved refunds are generally completed within approximately 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
